When ordering from us, If your parcel / DPD bag appears to be damaged or is in a poor state, Please refuse the parcel so that it is returned to us..
Once a parcel is signed for, we cannot accept any responsibility for damaged items!
Once a parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery of replacement items.

You can view your Voucher Balance on every page at the left of your screen or scroll down on mobile devices.  When ordering, if you want to use your Voucher Balance to get discount on a purchase* simply go to view your cart and click APPLY next to your Voucher Balance and that amount will be deducted from the cost of that order (does not discount shipping).  If you've accumulated more than the value of the order the balance will stay in your Voucher Balance.

The system is fully automatic and the reward is put into your account once your order is marked as shipped so don't worry that it doesn't get added immediately, it will be there once you log back in after we have marked your order as shipped.
